Halloween Confession
I have a confession. Like most families, Halloween marks the beginning of the holiday season in our house. It also marks the beginning of the most chaotic time of the year. If you remember from my last post, I have ADHD. This adds an extra layer of stress to an already stressful few months. I also love all things craft related. Homemade costumes for my kids? Yes please! Last here I put together the cutest Princess Peach and Toadette costumes for my girls. Last minute, might I add. This year isn't going quite as smoothly... I completely forgot about Halloween! Between moving, starting a slew of new medications, and trying to adjust to a diagnosis of both ADHD and Multiple Sclerosis, I guess it just slipped my mind. Thank goodness my 5 year old is covered. My mother had bought her a rather pricey Merida dress up costume complete with toy bow and arrow set (minus the wig, though). Whether she likes it or not, she's Merida this year. My
